How can these problems be managed?

Occlusal problems do not necessarily require treatment. Your dentist will always conduct a thorough examination of your mouth and teeth before deciding whether and what type of treatment may be required. The assessment will also reveal whether the issues are due to the muscles that move your jaw, the temporo-mandibular joint or both. If necessary, we will take x-ray images of your teeth to support clinical decision making.
